I think eating 4 bars of toffee crisps, 4 kitkat chunky’s, 2 Carmel eggs and a cup off toffee crisp sweets has broke me.
I’m addicted to chocolate, I crave it all day but I went a bit mental in the last few days. I also gained 5lbs in a week. My stomach feels like I ate a brick.
Detox from….. NOW.
(until saturday)
Tomorrow I am meant to be joining the gym. The chances of this happening are slim but it’s on my to do list.
Then bowling with Manc and the work lot… I can see this getting quite out of hand if alcohol is involved. Tomorrow is new diet day so I might stick to vodka and Tonic with lime. Buuuurg.
Let’s see how long this lasts, I’m thinking until 2am when we all get...
